Oven Pittsburgh Omelet

eggs
1 cup diced ham or 1 cap fully cooked sausage
1 cup milk
1 Tbsp. dry minced onion
½ tsp. seasoned salt
2 cup frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
In large bowl, beat eggs; add milk and salt.
Continue mixing and add your choice of meat,
potatoes, and onions. Pour into 8 inch square baking
dish. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes, or until
knife inserted in center comes out clean. Recipe may
doubled and cooked in 9 X 13 inch pan; bake for 1
hour 15 minutes.
Again check for clean knife.
