1/2 lb ground beef,
browned and drained
1/2 lb bacon, fried and
crumbled
Stir together in crock-pot
or casserole:
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vinegar (I used
apple cider vinegar)
Add the following:
16 oz can green beans,
drained
16 oz can butter beans,
drained
16 oz can kidney beans,
drained
16 oz can pork and beans,
UNdrained
Stir in ground beef and
mix.
Sprinkle with bacon.
In crock-pot cook on med.
for several hours.
In casserole bake at 350
for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
I covered casserole for
first 45 minutes then stirred ingredients and
left uncovered for remaining time.
Most cans aren't 16 oz
anymore so you can add a small can of some other
bean if you want.
You can adjust sugar
amounts if you want.
