Black Bean Salsa

cup black beans (2/15oz. cans)

cup frozen corn
1 ½
cup diced tomatoes
Mix
the following and add:
½
cup vegetable oil
½
cup red wine vinegar

Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1
bunch diced scallions (use whole scallion)
3 to
4 peppers (green, yellow, red, orange) diced
2 to
3 tsp. Tabasco sauce
2
tsp. cumin
¾
tsp salt
½
tsp pepper
Serve with Tortilla chips.
