Crockpot Bean Stew
1 to 2 lb. meat (beef, pork. chicken ham, or sausage)
1 1/2 cups dried beans (navy, black, pinto, or baked)
6 whole onions, peeled
6 whole tomatoes, cored, or 1 large (29 oz.) can tomato (whole)
Boil beans for 1 hour and let sit for 1 hour again. Transfer to
crock pot. Add all remaining ingredients to crock pot. Cook on
low 6 to 8 hours. Serve with bread and butter.
