Italian Salad Dressing
(Barb Mangold)

1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
4 T. sugar
1/4 - 1/2 t. hot sauce (I use Frank's red hot sauce)
1/4 c. vinegar 2 T. use apple cider vinegar)
1/4 c. vegetable or canola oil
Mix well Pour over salad just before serving
Recipe can be doubled easily
Can adjust sugar & vinegar to taste
